Great service. We had our door installed a few years ago. Just recently it would not go down with pad saying "excess force detected." We called and left a message for emergency service. We had to manually close the door. The manager called back within 30 minutes. They were unable to fix that night but came in the morning the next day and fixed the door.

If I could I would give All Cape Door Systems more stars. The front office personnel were very friendly and helpful and attended to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The sales person who made the site visit was extremely professional and answered all our questions and helped us make the best decision for our situation. We received a written estimate the next day. I might add their estimate was considerably lower than our other estimates. We were able to schedule the installation on a date that suited our schedule. The installers arrived on time and did a beautiful job. Helped us program our devices and left the garage immaculate. I would highly recommend All Cape Door Systems for all your garage door solutions.

Service was prompt and installation was professional. The garage door opener is very quiet compared to the original unit. It also appears to have a "soft" close feature that slows door travel before full closure. The installer could have spent more time on communicating features, so that's why not a full 5 stars.

I have called a different company thinking it was this one and they are not for sure this company!! The other company over charge me and after two weeks the garage door was not working properly, I finally found this company and they not only fixed the issue they also checked my other door and put my remote on and charged me less than the other one, he was very helpful showed me how to maintain it and very thoughtful , I would definitely recommend this company make sure it’s not the other they sound the same be careful!
