Hi Ray, I apologize for the miscommunication on our end, and I can ensure that something like this is important for us to fix to allow excellent communication for our customers on every job. When our installer sent the text message that he was on his way at 2pm on 11/22, it was mistaken for an arrival time of 5pm and I was sent an email that you had rejected service for the day. I reached out to you at 2:30pm and never heard back until 12/2. Once I heard back, you were put on the schedule for 12/4, and the job was completed that afternoon. I was in constant communication with you that day and we made sure to complete the job to your satisfaction.
