When our installer sent the text message that he was on his way at 2pm on 11/22, it was mistaken for an arrival time of 5pm and I was sent an email that you had rejected service for the day. I reached out to you at 2:30pm and never heard back until 12/2. Once I heard back, you were put on the schedule for 12/4, and the job was completed that afternoon. I was in constant communication with you that day and we made sure to complete the job to your satisfaction.
