And the installers were top-notch: very knowledgeable about the product and its installation.

I did not watch every minute of the install but so far no complaints and it seems to work well. I gave two stars for the professionalism of the installer because one was not so friendly and was smoking in my driveway and I could hear some foul language. He just seemed like an unhappy individual.
